THE PROCESS

  • Take a few moments and complete our inquiry form HERE!

  • We'll send you a link to schedule a time to discuss your trip. During our quick chat, we'll get to know what makes you happy, your travel style , and how we can best craft a one-of-a-kind vacation that's uniquely you.

  • After chatting with you, we'll work together with our partners to design a quote we believe that captures your dream trip. We'll explain why we chose certain flights, stays, or packages - painting a picture of the itinerary we've created for you.

  • After you have made any changes and completely over the moon about the trip we have created we will send an invoice to secure the trip and our client agreement. We will then get to work making all the reservations. Deposits and amounts are determined by the vendor partners. We can work together on a payment schedule, and pay towards your trip until the final due date.

  • After all the hard work has been done, now the wait begins! Get excited for your trip! About 3 months before we will send you a trip guide full of useful information like city guides, packing lists, restaurant suggestions, and more! About a month before you travel, you will receive all your travel documents and anything else you need before you set off on your adventure. Don't worry we are here the whole time if you have questions. You will access to me through our trip app that keeps us connected during your trip. The app also provides your itinerary in real time as you are going through the trip. After you return home, you will receive a follow- up email to ask about your experience. We are excited for you!

WHY USE A TRAVEL AGENT?

  • Destination knowledge – I have traveled to many of the destinations I book, so I know them well. Best neigbhorhoods to stay in, what to do, what to avoid, and all sorts of tips and tricks to make your trip the best possible. Even how to navigate the local public transportation if needed or which resteraunts to try.

  • Many of the hotels, transfers, tour guides, cruise ships have been vetted by myself or someone in our trusted network. How do you know which hotels or tours to pick when the thousands of reviews are all over the place. Most of the time I can get better prices because we have access to all sorts of promotions that are only available to travel advisors. This offers the best value for your travel budget

  • I will save you tons of time and energy by doing the planning and booking and organizing for you .  I even provide country guides and packing lists for my clients. I also design interinaries that are available to you on an app that also provides you with real time flight info and other updates.  Something changes while on your trip?  Communicate with me thru the app in real time to help you find a location or hook up with a guide for your excursion. 

  • Organizing a group or multi-gen family vacation can be a headache. Organizing everyone’s travel plans and getting everyone on the same page with budget and time schedules aren’t many people’s idea of a good time. I take the lead! I offer a group trip webpage and you can even make payments and schedule payments through the app.  Everyone has there own account so you don’t have to manage it. Bring the fun back to your group or family trips!

  • Most importantly the best part of booking with a travel advisor is if things go wrong. Flight cancelled, I am on the phone with the airline to fix it.  Bags lost? I will help track them down so you can enjoy your vacation. Hotel have unexpected construction noise? I will get you moved.  I am available via the app, text or whatsapp  at any time.

My goal is  providing you with real value . I will work with you to find the service level that matches your needs. You can choose to be as hands- on or as hands-off as you wish!
